Birger Engineering, Inc. ("Birger") believes all customers should have the
opportunity to try out Birger products, with a minimum of risk. Returns for Evaluation Orders are accepted if received within 10 days of original shipment, and in original condition. Credit card refund will be issued within 30 days, minus shipping charges, and 15% restocking fee. The original shipping charge is not refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For the purposes of this Return Policy, an Evaluation Order is defined as the first order in which a given part number has been ordered by Customer. The return for credit is limited to two units of any given part number. This Return Policy does not apply to orders of more than two units per part number, or orders that do not meet the definition of an Evaluation Order. Products manufactured by Birger are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original shipment from Birger (except for cables which are warrantied for 90 days). Warranty covers materials and labor, but not shipping charges. Shipping is by Federal Express, or DHL, and is billed to the recipient account, if provided, or prepaid and added to the invoice at actual cost. Birger's aggregate liability is limited to the total amount actually paid to it by Customer. Under no circumstances is Birger liable for incidental or consequential damages. |
